Kindergarten-Second Grade

For each grade division, there will be one winner and two runners-up.

Entries must be hand-created, original art (drawing, painting, sculpture, etc.). No computer-aided, AI, or digital work will be accepted. Must live in the Diocese of Madison.

Entries can be submitted directly to the Diocese of Madison or to the child's school or faith-formation office.

K-2 and Grades 3-5 Divisions: Art Supply Gift Basket 

Grades 6-8 and Grades 9-12: $100 Amazon gift card

Winners will be selected by Bishop Donald Hying and the top three entries in each division will receive a certificate signed by the bishop. The winning art will be featured in the Madison Catholic Herald, on the Diocese of Madison website, and on Facebook, Instagram, and X.

All entries must have a notecard attached to the back with the following information: 

• Child’s Name
• Parent’s Name
• Parent’s Phone Number, Parent’s Email
• Parish Name
• Parish City
• Grade Division (K-2, 3-5, 6-9, 9-12).
