The Wisconsin Catholic Conference (WCC), the public policy voice of Wisconsin’s bishops, is sharing resources to help Catholics engage as faithful citizens in elections, public policy, and civic life in advance of the 2026 elections.

The Reverend Father Robert “Bob” Joseph Borre entered eternal life on Sunday, March 1, 2026 at the age of 91 after a battle with leukemia. He was born on December 4, 1934 in Evanston, Illinois. 

A life-size statue depicting the miraculous image of Our Lady of Guadalupe will make a week-long visit to Madison in April as part of a worldwide tour that has drawn thousands of pilgrims hoping to be renewed in Our Lady’s message of love and hope.
