Mass Intentions

PLEASE DO NOT USE THE FORM ON THIS PAGE FOR MASS INTENTIONS, all gifts given on this form will be processed as a tax deductible donation. This is a change from previous processes and we appreciate your cooperation.

Note: As of July 1st, 2024 the Mass Intention requested amount was increased by the Bishops of Wisconsin to be $20/Mass.

To have a mass said for a loved one who has passed away, please MAIL $20 (cash or check) and a note to the Apostolate. Include the name of the person to be remembered and the donor's name.
