- Spiritual Support Groups
  
  Mental Health Ministry
  
  These peer-led support groups offer a welcoming space for individuals affected by mental health challenges to connect with others, share experiences, and grow in faith. Rooted in community and spiritual support, the groups are designed to help participants draw closer to God while walking together through life’s struggles.
  While not a form of therapy and not facilitated by mental health professionals, these groups encourage members to continue with any recommended treatment and to seek professional care as needed.

Parish-based Groups
- St. Dennis
  
  Name: Mental Health Ministry Support Group
  Description: A support group for adults experiencing mental health challenges.
  When: First Sunday of the month from 12-1:30pm (lunch provided)

  Name: Mental Health Spiritual Support Group
  Description: A group to support those with mental health challenges.
  When: 2nd Thursday of the month from 6-7:30pm (dinner provided)

- St. Thomas Aquinas
  
  Name: In His Image (NOT CURRENTLY MEETING - WILL RESUME IN THE NEAR FUTURE)
  Description: A mental health spiritual support group for those experiencing mental health challenges.
  When: Held the third Sunday of every month from 11-12:30pm. Drinks and snacks provided.

- Our Lady Queen of Peace
  
  Name: St. Dymphna Mental Health Support Group
  Description: A prayer and support group for family members who have a loved one struggling with mental health.
  When: Fourth Sunday of the month from 3:30-5pm.
