        • Specialties: I work with couples facing conflict, communication problems, trust issues, emotional distance, or seeking premarital counseling. Many come to me when arguments feel stuck, distance has grown, or they’re healing after infidelity. Using the research-based Gottman Method, we identify and change unhelpful patterns like criticism, defensiveness, contempt, and stonewalling, and practice healthier alternatives. Together, we strengthen communication, rebuild trust, and restore emotional intimacy so your relationship feels safer, closer, and more connected. Working with individuals, Bowen Family Systems Therapy draws on eight key concepts: differentiation of self, triangles, nuclear family emotional systems, family projection process, multigenerational transmission process, emotional cutoff, sibling position, and societal emotional process to address relational patterns where an individual feels stuck.

        • Services: Growth Coaching rooted in a relationship of accompaniment designed for individuals seeking perspective, clarity, and wisdom to experience greater flourishing. Our distinctive approach is deeply nourished by a broad "catholic" landscape of Western philosophy, literature, and religion rooted in the true, good, and beautiful and interpreted through Catholic Faith and Ignatian spiritual tradition. Long before modern psychology, philosophy entailed communal dialogue for cultivating the "love of wisdom" and navigating the complex inner terrain of the human heart. In this way Pegasus Growth Coaching is deeply rooted in the conviction that "the heart is the dwelling-place where I am, where I live...our hidden center, beyond the grasp of our reason and of others...the heart is the place of decision, deeper than our psychic drives. It is the place of truth, where we choose life or death" (CCC 2563; Deuteronomy 30).

        • Specialties: Integrating Catholic Faith, biblical and theological literacy, and timeless wisdom, we help individuals discern innate desires through attentive, sensitive dialogue that seeks to recognize internal movements of consolation and desolation. In a manner that invites the grace and guidance of the Spirit, we bring diverse personal, professional, and pastoral experience and education to help others transform personal insights into concrete, actionable steps toward meaningful, holistic, and contented living.
