Joseph Baker, to Pastor, St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish, per canon 522, for a term of six years with the possibility of renewal, as a result of the canonical merger of Blessed Trinity Parish in Dane and Lodi, St. John the Baptist Parish in Waunakee, and St. Mary of the Lake Parish in Westport, to form St. Maximilian Kolbe Parish, from Parochial Administrator, Blessed Trinity Parish in Dane and Lodi, St. John the Baptist Parish in Waunakee, and St. Mary of the Lake Parish in Westport.
