  I have been teaching the Creighton Model FertilityCare System for 5 years now! I did my initial training for it in Ars France at the Shrine of St John Vianney. I live in Mazomanie, WI which is a little west of Madison and primarily teach out of my home although I can do virtual if that is a client's preference!
  
  I offer both a pay up front for services and a pay as you go and am happy to provide information on both if clients request it via email. The CrMS is taught in an individualized fashion and not as a group class.

  Hi! My name is Michelle Werner and I am a FertilityCare Practitioner with Faustina FertilityCare Center! I have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing with a background working in Women and Children’s Health. In 2018, I started using the Creighton Model to monitor my own health. By use of this model, I learned so much about my body, health, and the gift of my fertility. Through these discoveries, along with my active nursing work in the field, I developed a deep passion for holistic women’s healthcare. I began the FertilityCare Practitioner program through the Saint Paul VI Institute so I could share my passion for monitoring reproductive health and fertility with other women and couples.
  
  I primarily teach virtually but am willing to teach in person by request and would love to work with you!

  To learn this method requires at least 4-6 months lead time before the wedding date. The Creighton Model Course consists of the Introductory Class, which is 90 minutes long, and a number of additional follow-up sessions/chart reviews with the instructor (~4 to 6). Depending on the number of follow-ups needed to gain accuracy and confidence in interpreting your fertility signs, the total cost will vary. Once we receive your registration information, we can talk more about what you can expect.
