ParishStaq Implementation Form

Completing this form immediately starts the process of transitioning to ParishStaq. Once you submit, we will reach out with next steps. If you are not ready to begin immediately, but would still like to transition by June 30, 2024, you have until April 21, 2024 to submit the form and initiate the transition process. If you are not able to transition by June 30, 2024, you will be billed for both ParishSOFT and ParishStaq for a minimum of six months.

The form requires the contact information of the business manager for your pastorate (or individual parishes). If you have different business managers for different parishes, you will need to complete a separate form for each manager.

If your parish has already completed the form you will not appear in this list any longer.
